Baby & Parent Acrobatics Student Waiver Agreement
Participation & Acknowledgement of Risk
I understand that I (the parent or legal guardian) and my child will be participating together in a Baby & Parent Acrobatics class/workshop organised by Zsofia Ruszkai and Jennifer Sheridan, during which we will receive instruction and guidance involving movement, stretching, balance, and partner acrobatics suitable for parents and babies.
I recognise that physical activity, even when gentle, carries some risk of injury to myself or my child, and I accept full responsibility for our participation.Health & Fitness Responsibility
I confirm that both myself and my child are in good health and physically able to take part in this activity. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician regarding any health concerns before participating. I represent and warrant that neither I nor my baby have any medical condition that would prevent safe involvement in these classes.Voluntary Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Claims
In consideration of being allowed to participate, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with our participation and agree to waive any claims against the organisers, instructors, or venue for injury, loss, or damages that may result from our involvement in the class or workshop.Indemnity
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organisers, instructors, and any associated parties from any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from my or my child's participation in these activities.Release of Liability
I, on behalf of myself, my child, and our heirs or legal representatives, release and discharge the organisers, instructors, and affiliated entities from any liability, including negligence, for any injury or loss that may occur as a result of participation in Baby & Parent Acrobatics.
