Acro blends partner acrobatics, balance training, and yoga-inspired movement into a playful and challenging class where you’ll learn to lift, balance, and fly.
Our sessions include warm-ups, strength work, stretching, and partner skills designed to help complete beginners feel comfortable from day one.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to be strong.
You don’t need a partner.
Just come along and give it a try.

You might feel too old, too small or too big, or maybe not flexible or strong enough... but you're not! With Acro&Yoga you’ll get stronger and more flexible, and you'll have fun while doing it.

What you get in our acro yoga classes
In our classes, you get expert tuition (for whatever level you are at, including complete beginner level), a warm and welcoming community of fellow Acro yoga practitioners, absolute focus on your safety (for every exercise you do, there’ll be people there called “spotters” to look out for you) and you’ll get to challenge yourself and have a LOT of fun!
