(3–18 months)

Jenn and Zsófi warmly invite you and your baba to a gentle, screen-free movement class created especially for babies up to 18 months and their parents.

This class offers a softly structured, unhurried space where you can slow down, move mindfully, and spend real quality time with your little one. Through gentle acro-yoga, soothing stretches, and simple coordination games, you’ll connect with your baby while also taking care of your own body.

Parents often share how meaningful it feels to be fully present — without distractions — and how refreshing it is to enjoy movement that supports their own strength, balance, and wellbeing, not just their baby’s. The pace is calm and adaptable, allowing everyone to move in a way that feels right on the day.

For babas, the class is a safe and playful introduction to new experiences: gentle movement, changing positions, colors, sounds, and friendly faces. These activities naturally support motor skill development, balance, and coordination, while giving each baby the freedom to explore at their own rhythm.

Just as importantly, you are welcomed into a kind, open community of parents and acrobats who enjoy exploring connection — through movement, touch, shared curiosity, and culture. Many families say it feels less like “attending a class” and more like being part of a supportive community.

Come as you are, take your time, and enjoy a calm, playful space where both you and your baba are supported.

Let’s fly together.

What to Expect

  • Beginner-friendly movement
No fitness, yoga, or acrobatics background is needed. Everything is guided step by step and adapted for complete beginners.

  • A calm, relaxed atmosphere
There is no pressure to perform or keep up. Babas are welcome to rest, feed, observe, or participate as they wish.

  • Gentle structure with flexibility
Classes follow a clear but soft flow, offering guidance while leaving space to respond to your baby’s needs.

  • Movement for both baby and parent
Parents enjoy light strengthening, stretching, and balance work, while babas experience safe, supported movement and play.

  • Developmentally supportive play
Activities gently encourage coordination, balance, and motor skills in a natural, playful way.

  • Connection and community
A warm space to meet other parents, share experiences, and feel part of a welcoming, movement-loving community.

Come along and Let’s Fly Together!
