We’re delighted to welcome Acrojulio, flying in from Brazil to share his experience, creativity and passion with the Dublin community. In this set of two workshops, we’ll explore playful Icarians, handstands and flowing transitions, and then the very next week progressions for H2H.

These welcoming sessions will be accessible for those at the beginning of their acroyoga journey, while also offering progressions and creative challenges for experienced bases and flyers looking to refine their Icarian skills. Expect a supportive, light-hearted and safety-focused environment where you can explore what your body and mind are truly capable of at your own pace.
