Regimantas Lukosius (Reg) attended his first Yoga class in 2012 - a strong Power Yoga class based on Rocket Yoga philosophy crossed with Ashtanga and Pilates. Instantly, he was hooked!

He completed his 200 hours yoga teacher training and started teaching straight away, incorporating elements of functional conditioning and flows into his classes. Furthering his education, Reg has also qualified as a strength and conditioning coach and a personal trainer back in 2019.

As well as Yoga, Acro Yoga, Reg is passionate about Functional Movement and incorporating play/fun into his training. Functional movement involves multiple joints and multiple planes of movement - using the whole body's musculature.

He had spent numerous hours attending and teaching classes around Europe during 2015-2019 – acro, handstands, animal flow, floorwork. And was lucky enough to be living and training/learning regularly from the high-class athletes and Cirque du Soleil performers in Spain during 2021.

He brings his diverse knowledge and experience into his classes, which can vary from gentle Yin to really challenging, but still accessible, power flow. Body awareness and breath are always at the core of it all and Reg’s love of arm balances and inversions almost always play a part in his classes.

In Acro-Yoga, Reg is a strong and experienced base but also loves flying. Giving him a good perspective on how both sides feel. He loves dynamic acro-flows and using intuition to guide him. He believes that connection/trust and compassion between people in Acro is more important than anything else.
