We’re delighted to welcome Acrojulio, flying in from Brazil to share his experience, creativity and passion with the Dublin community. Together we’ll explore playful Icarians, handstands and flowing transitions, building a dynamic sequence that challenges and inspires!

This session will be accessible for those at the beginning of their acroyoga journey, while also offering progressions and creative challenges for experienced bases and flyers looking to refine their Icarian skills. Expect a supportive, light-hearted and safety-focused environment where you can explore what your body and mind are truly capable of at your own pace.

Acrojulio will also share a fun session on Improving & Extending Your H2H on the 1st of April. If you’d like to book both sessions there is a discounted price available.
